AD 2312. (If you don’t understand why 2312, you probably shouldn’t read this.)
In 2312, the Earth Federation fully forms, after some time as the UN, and with the Federated Army.
In 2312, Saji is working on the first serious colony.
The only real full date we have for UC is Monday, 14th January, UC0080.
The 80th year after 2312 is 2391, and it’s the first after 2385 or before 2402 where that date is a Monday.
At the minimum, it’s a very clever easter egg.
